We offer a number of one-hour classes five days a week, with an open gym time every Saturday.

Childcare is offered during the 5:30pm class Monday-Friday.

CROSSFIT classes offer CrossFit training and methodology in a group setting.

Classes begin at the following times:

MONDAY-TUESDAY-WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY

CROSSFIT: 5am, 6am, 9:30am, 12noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

FRIDAY

CROSSFIT: 5am, 6am, 9:30am, 12noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

SATURDAY
